Donald Adamov, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric physician with more than two decades of experience spanning both surgical and conservative care, now bringing that background into a dedicated focus of complex foot and ankle conditions, diabetic foot and wound care, nail disorders, and orthotic therapy for foot and ankle pain.

Dr. Adamov received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, followed by his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University in Portage County, Ohio. He then completed a three-year residency at Richmond Heights Hospital in Cleveland, where he served as chief resident.

He built his expertise through years of caring for patients in private practice across multiple states and clinical settings, developing a well-rounded, patient-first approach to foot and ankle care. Now, as part of Evolve Health, Dr. Adamov is proud to bring this depth of experience to patients throughout the Tampa Bay area, providing trusted, compassionate care to the community he serves.

After more than 20 years of performing surgery, Dr. Donald Adamov will be transitioning away from surgical procedures at the end of this month. While patients may miss seeing him for surgical care, he will continue to serve them through routine visits and in-office treatments, providing the same high level of care and attention his patients have come to expect.

For patients who require surgical care, they will be referred to one of our other highly skilled providers, Dr. Brandon Mojica, who also practices at our Spring Hill, FL office. Dr. Adamov is confident in Dr. Mojica’s expertise and assures patients that they are in capable, experienced hands for their surgical needs.
