DrChrono employs advanced encryption, secure access control, and robust administrative safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data. DrChrono’s form fields are displayed as an ‘iframe’ on your page, which means that the information you submit does not interact directly with our website and provides an additional layer of security for your data. We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of privacy and security, giving you peace of mind as you manage your healthcare needs.

How DrChrono Keeps Your Information Safe

DrChrono acts as a service provider for Evolve Health and does not own or control the information that you submit through the DrChrono services. The information that is submitted will be held subject to the requirements specified by us and applicable law, such as HIPAA. DrChrono utilizes secure servers to store your information and protect it in a HIPAA-compliant SSAE 19 SOC 1 and SOC 2 data center. Your information is then transmitted to your device via the secure HTTPS communication protocol.
